Product description
The linear screen is an efficient screening equipment designed based on the principle of linear vibration. Working principle
The working principle of the linear screen is based on directional mechanical vibration. The equipment has two symmetrical vibrating motors installed on opposite sides, which rotate in opposite directions synchronously to generate a combined excitation force along a specific direction on the screen surface. This force drives the screen box and the screen mesh to perform uniform reciprocating linear motion.
The materials placed on the sieve are continuously slightly lifted by the linear vibration force and advance forward along the parabolic trajectory. During this process, the materials keep rolling and spreading. The fine particles sink due to gravity and pass through the sieve holes to achieve separation, while the coarse particles are transported along the sieve surface to the discharge port, thus completing the entire screening process efficiently and continuously.
