The rotary vibrating screen is a highly efficient and precise screening device, widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, food, medicine, metallurgy, and non-metallic minerals. It is mainly used for rapid classification, impurity removal, or filtration of granular and powdered materials. Working principle
The working principle of the rotary vibrating screen is to utilize a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. At both ends of the motor, adjustable eccentric weights are installed, converting the rotational motion of the motor into three-dimensional elliptical motion trajectories in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions and transmitting them to the screen surface. The materials on the screen surface are subjected to this combined motion. On one hand, they spread outward in a spiral manner along the screen surface. On the other hand, they are thrown upward in the vertical direction, thereby allowing particles smaller than the screen holes to pass through the screen and fall down, while materials with larger screen holes move along the screen surface in a spiral motion and are discharged through the discharge port. By adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower weights and the excitation force, the movement trajectory of the materials and the screening efficiency can be flexibly controlled.
